Catalina Island: We didn't do any excursions here, insteaed we rented bikes and just rode around the island. We visited the botanical gardens at the top of the island, then rode around for the views!
Ensenada, Mexico: Here we went 4 wheeling in the wine country, it was gorgeous. After we went around the city with some of our friends we made and they were nice to buy us our fish taco lunch. Fish that we chose from the market, fresh, then went next door to get it cooked. Then we went to the markets, in Ensenada and by the Blowhole (30 minutes out). The blowhole is one of the 3 largest blowholes in the world so we thought we had to make the trip out to see it.
On the Boat: let's just say all we did was eat, relax, dance :)
San Fran: After the cruise we drove right up to San Fransisco cause i had a friend getting married and we thought we'd just continue on with our Tour de Cali :)
To sum it up, we're "kind of a big deal" :)

Nice to see you blogging again! Looks like tons of fun...we really need to take a girls trip with all of us sometime!!!
